In keeping with the conference's “Green” theme, we are providing a limited number of non-paper, password protected, non-transferable e-Books, one per attendee.   I agree that just like regular printed books, e-Books and the contents they contain are protected by international Copyright laws, and that I may not modify, make multiple copies, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any copyrighted content from them, without explicit consent from the author.

I also agree that any use other than personal use must be approved in writing from the author and that reprints of portions or quotes for limited publication or distribution, if approved, must include the author's name, along with the appropriate copyright notice and author or publisher contact information, in addition to citing the name of the publication as the source.
